Isaac is an experienced civil litigator who helps clients navigate and resolve complex business and employment disputes. Before joining Parry Law, Isaac clerked for a federal appellate judge in Washington, D.C. and spent more than 15 years at one of North Carolina’s largest law firms.

Over his career, Isaac has built a litigation practice addressing high-stakes business disputes over complex contracts and corporate governance; professional liability matters; employment-related claims of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and failure to pay wages; and matters involving non-competition, non-solicitation, and confidentiality agreements. His clients range from large companies to individuals, and he has substantial experience in North Carolina state court, the North Carolina Business Court, and the federal courts in North Carolina and beyond.

Isaac focuses on resolving disputes through careful analysis, practical judgment, and decisive action. His goal is to solve thorny legal problems so his clients can focus on more important priorities.

A North Carolina native, Isaac has deep roots in the Triangle--he graduated from Riverside High School and stayed in Durham for college and law school at Duke University. He lives in Durham with his wife and two children.
