Isaac Linnartz Joins Parry Law
Parry Law is pleased to announce that Isaac Linnartz has joined the firm. After earning three degrees from Duke University and completing a judicial clerkship, Isaac has spent more than fifteen years at one of North Carolina’s largest law firms, where he has handled a broad array of business- and employment-related disputes. His work in both areas has been recognized for many years, earning accolades from publications like The Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers, and Benchmark Litigation.
Isaac’s extensive experience in complex commercial litigation includes handling contract disputes, corporate governance disputes, and claims relating to trade secrets, non-competes, and other restrictive covenants. On the employment side, he also regularly handles claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage-and-hour violations. He has represented clients in these and other types of disputes in state and federal courts and arbitration tribunals around North Carolina and beyond.
Isaac has deep roots in the Triangle. He graduated from high school in Durham, stayed there for college and law school, and still lives there today with his wife, Jacki, and their two children. “I have known Isaac for many years, and I have the greatest respect for him as a lawyer and a person,” said Alan Parry, the firm’s Managing Attorney. “His record speaks for itself in terms of his skill and experience, which is tremendous, and he also conducts himself with the utmost professionalism. We are thrilled to have him as part of our team.”
