Parry Law Attorney Jonah Garson appointed to the North Carolina Senate
Congratulations to Parry Law attorney Jonah Garson, who has been appointed by Governor Josh Stein to North Carolina Senate District 23 (Caswell, Orange, and Person Counties) to fill the unexpired term of Sen. Graig Meyer, who is leaving to run the North Carolina Justice Center. Garson was sworn in during a public ceremony in Orange County on April 19, 2026, by Associate Justice of the North Carolina Supreme Court Allison Riggs. Garson will continue as an attorney in private practice at Parry Law. “We are proud of Jonah for taking on this important role,” said Managing Attorney Alan Parry. “Jonah has a strong work ethic, and I’m sure he will be as dedicated an advocate in the legislature as he continues to be for his clients at the firm.”
